My process

Painting, printmaking, and design all utilizing each other to build expression. The hope is for days when inspiration reveals itself so I can work spontaneously. This is when “it” happens for me. Constant movement. Looking for opportunities to enhance, alter, or add distinction... by using my imagination, intuition, and skill.

Most importantly, traveling the world has brought me purpose with my art. Seeing so much more than I could possibly imagine on my own, adds another dimension to my everyday life. I can now live simultaneously with other parts of the world. I can feel other places doing things as I do things. So I depend on my personal approach and interpretation of subject matter to generate direction. This allows my abilities to give my art the quality and standard that means so much to me.
